Book your visit.

Solenne is appointment-only. Sessions are 45 to 90 minutes and are never rushed. New clients always welcome — start with a consultation.

Schedule through Vagaro.

All appointments are booked online through Vagaro. Select your service, choose a time, and you’re confirmed. If you have questions or a specific concern to discuss before booking, email Vivienne directly at vivienne@solenneskin.com — she checks email between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee. Vivienne’s schedule is small and intentional — your courtesy matters.

New Clients

First-time clients are encouraged to book the Consultation + Mini Facial ($75). This lets Vivienne properly assess your skin before recommending a full treatment plan. It’s always the best starting point.

Payment

Payment is processed through Vagaro at the time of your visit. All major cards accepted. Gratuity is appreciated and can be added at checkout. Gift cards are also redeemable through Vagaro.
